Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and solutions to our customers through inbound calls. You will work with leading technologies and systems, collaborating with a dedicated team of leaders and peers to ensure your success. Key Responsibilities

* Handle customer inquiries of varying types, providing timely and effective solutions to resolve issues and meet customer needs

  • Utilize active listening skills and probing question techniques to understand customer concerns and preferences
  • Meet or exceed sales targets, leveraging your expertise to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction
  • Manage and overcome objections for subscribers' cancellation and suspend requests, working to reduce churn and improve customer retention
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices, improve processes, and drive continuous improvement
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge

* Competitive pay rate: $15.00 - $20.00/hr

  • Flexible scheduling: 8-hour per day shift, 5 days per week (anywhere from 6am-12am PST)

Requirements

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong multitasking abilities

  • Proven track record in customer service and sales, with a focus on problem-solving and goal-achievement
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools and experience working with customer relationship management (CRM) systems
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong emphasis on customer service and sales skills
  • A quiet and distraction-free, secure place to work from home, with excellent internet connectivity (2 Mbps upload and 10 Mbps download speeds)
  • A smartphone (iOS or Android), 4 years old or newer, to download our app for company communications
