What You Will Do in This Role
As a Customer Service/Inside Sales Representative (Property and Casualty), you will work from home and be responsible for:
- Actively listening to and asking questions to identify customer needs
- Advising on plan options, coverages, and pricing
- Processing new and/or amended enrollments
- Ensuring our clients' customers enjoy authentic experiences
- Delivering expert customer experiences with a smile
Your Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- An active resident license to sell Property and Casualty insurance
- Residency in the United States or a valid U.S. address for residence
- High school diploma or GED
- Passion for helping others
- Patient and empathetic nature
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
- Fluency in English (or bilingual in Spanish/English)
