Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Support Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing first-class customer support through various communication channels, including phone, email, and social media
  • Guiding customers through website-related issues, product questions, and payment matters, ensuring their queries are resolved efficiently and effectively
  • Referring complex queries or complaints to the relevant department and ensuring timely resolution
  • Assisting customers with order processing, order modifications, and shipment details
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer complaints, queries, and resolutions in our customer support system/database
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge in customer support and e-commerce

Eligibility Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

  • High School Diploma is mandatory; however, higher education or a specialist diploma in customer care service will be a plus point
  • English language proficiency (written and verbal) is a must to apply for this role
  • Proficiency in computer use and basic skills in troubleshooting technical errors are necessary

* 1-2 years of experience in customer support or a related field
