Key Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Remote Customer Service Representative at blithequark, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Processing orders, managing inventory, and maintaining accurate records to ensure seamless order fulfillment
  • Resolving customer complaints and concerns in a professional, empathetic manner, escalating complex issues to senior team members as needed

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, or similar software
  • Exceptional customer service and problem-resolution skills, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality support
  • High-speed internet access, with a reliable and secure connection (internet speed test required)
  • Ability to multitask and navigate through multiple windows and screens, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively
  • A quiet, distraction-free work environment, free from interruptions and noise
  • Ability to commit to a regular schedule, including evenings and weekends (2nd shift available)

Preferred Qualifications
