Key Responsibilities:

• Provide critical support for individual members in enrollment and membership maintenance, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
• Navigate multiple programs and systems to perform multi-step tasks, including adding dependents, updating coverage, calculating premiums, and adding additional insurance coverage.
• Utilize problem-solving and critical thinking skills to resolve complex issues, such as interpreting applications, uploading correct information, and addressing terminations, newborn adds, and name & DOB mismatches.
• Work independently in a virtual environment, demonstrating self-motivation and discipline.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless data entry processes and contribute to a positive and productive work environment.
• Accept constructive criticism and continuously improve skills and performance.

Essential Qualifications:

• Proficient computer skills, including typing at a minimum of 40 wpm.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step directions.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Comfortable with remote computer learning and working from home (WFH) experience is preferred.
• Ability to learn easily in a team environment and accept constructive criticism.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in healthcare, specifically billing and enrollment.
• QNXT experience, as it is our primary system for processing claims and data entry.
