Job Summary

As an Administrative Technician - Data Preparation I at Blithequark, you will perform a variety of administrative tasks, including data entry, record-keeping, and communication. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, preparing reports, and providing support to other team members as needed. Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform data entry tasks, including typing, scanning, and processing documents
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including departmental logs, spreadsheets, and databases
  • Prepare reports, correspondence, and packages for internal and external mailing
  • Monitor supply stock and order supplies as needed
  • Assist other staff members with related tasks and duties
  • Resolve routine issues and provide support to team members
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required; high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • No prior work experience required; training provided
  • Standard office equipment and software proficiency
