We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Experience Concierge - Remote Chat Professional to join our team and help us lead the way in providing exceptional service to our premium clients.

About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Experience Concierge - Remote Chat Professional to provide top-notch support to our premium clients, including Card Members visiting our Centurion Lounge located in the IAH Airport. As a Chat Professional, you will be the face of blithequark, acting as an ambassador of our brand and delivering personalized services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and provide access to our Card Members upon arrival at the lounge
• Take ownership and responsibility for the client's experience from start to finish
• Create innovative solutions to address clients' issues or concerns, ultimately building brand loyalty and creating loyal advocates
• Utilize a Client's First mindset in addressing clients' needs and expectations
• Provide concierge and lifestyle recommendations
• Offer travel advice and seamless reservation assistance
• Accommodate the needs of our Card Members by partnering with our food and beverage lounge partners

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1-year recent experience handling premium clients
• Airline, lounge, or travel industry experience required, including reservation experience
• Passion for delivering client-centric solutions with a proactive approach
• Excellent interpersonal skills, charming clients with every interaction
• Ability to listen to clients' needs and propose tailored recommendations, resulting in high client satisfaction
• Demonstrate the highest level of professionalism and maintain a positive attitude in all interactions
• Ability to rely on and collaborate with colleagues in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment
• Capacity to make decisions quickly and effectively, prioritizing Card Members' experiences
• Proficiency in using technology platforms and adapting to changing environments
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Light to moderate lifting may be required for specific tasks

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in a client-facing environment
• Knowledge of travel industry trends and developments
• Certification in customer service or a related field
