Key Responsibilities

As a Red Coat, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our customers, including:

• Proactively welcoming customers, understanding their needs, and explaining Delta's available technology options to enhance their airport experience
• Effectively influencing customers' use of airport technology to ensure a better, faster, and more enjoyable airport experience for all customers
• Representing blithequark in a positive and professional manner
• Keeping customers informed and ensuring timely service delivery
• Efficiently handling and resolving all aspects of customer service, including tagging/reissues, reservations, and customer inquiries
• Practicing security-conscious behaviors in all interactions and procedures

Requirements

To be successful as a Red Coat, you will need to possess the following minimum qualifications:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Be proficient in English
• Be able to read, write, and understand detailed work instructions
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to identify customer needs and provide effective guidance
• Have basic computer skills
• Be able to lift packages or objects weighing up to 50 pounds
• Occasionally lift packages or objects weighing between 50 and 70 pounds
• Occasionally assist with aircraft lounge cleaning duties
• Pass a pre-employment background check
• Be eligible to live and work within the country at the time of application
• Demonstrate a commitment to security and confidentiality when handling personal data
• Embrace a diverse range of individuals, perspectives, and styles
• Prioritize health and safety, both for yourself and others
• Be willing to work beyond 40 hours and on weekends and public holidays when required
• Be prepared to travel to the US for training and meetings

Preferred Qualifications
