Experienced Industrial Engineering and Transportation Analyst – Data Entry and Logistics Expert

The Role

As an Industrial Engineering and Transportation Analyst, you will be responsible for providing critical support to our Transportation Fleet and collaborating with managers to prioritize business needs. Your analytical skills and attention to detail will be essential in integrating multiple data assets across various database platforms, building and maintaining complex Excel spreadsheets, and driving data-driven decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist the H.L. Transportation Fleet in achieving operational efficiency and effectiveness

• Consult and communicate with managers to outline and prioritize business needs
• Integrate multiple data assets across various database platforms to inform business decisions
• Build, create, and maintain complex Excel spreadsheets to support data analysis and reporting
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and optimize logistics operations

Requirements:

* Previous experience as a Data Analyst is preferred, but not required

• Previous experience with Microsoft Excel is required, with proficiency in advanced functions and formulas
• Proficiency with Microsoft Access is preferred, but not required
• Strong typing and 10-key skills are preferred, with a minimum of 40 wpm
• Ability to pass a Background Check and a Drug Test
