Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Data Entry Operator with blithequark, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Data Entry and Management: Accurately and efficiently enter data into our systems, ensuring high-quality results and meeting deadlines.
  • Quality Control and Assurance: Review and verify data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency, implementing quality control measures to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Immunization Record Management: Review immunization records for screening purposes, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, and implementing quality control measures to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Registration and Turnaround Times: Monitor registration turnaround times, ensuring timely and efficient processing of data.
  • Data Compilation and Analysis: Assist with data compilation and analysis, providing insights and recommendations to inform business decisions.

Working Conditions

As a remote employee, you'll enjoy a comfortable and flexible work environment, with occasional periods of stooping, bending, and light lifting of materials up to 10 pounds. Minimum Requirements

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you'll need to meet the following minimum requirements:

  • Educational Requirements: A high school diploma or equivalent, with specialized training or education beyond the high school level (up to 9 months).
  • Certification: May be required to pass a City-administered typing test with a typing speed of 50 words per minute and no more than 5 errors.
  • Experience Requirements: Two (2) years of data entry experience or clerical/secretarial experience with a heavy volume of typing.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, we're looking for candidates with the following preferred qualifications:

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish): The ability to speak, read, and write fluently in English and Spanish.
  • Quality Management and Improvement: Working knowledge of quality management and quality improvement methodologies.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent written, oral, presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Prioritization and Time Management: Ability to handle and prioritize multiple, diverse assignments.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs and other basic email and web software.
