Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, resolving issues, and promoting a positive customer experience. You will work closely with our team to model and convey best practices in customer service, ensuring that every interaction is respectful, fair, and productive. Key Responsibilities

* Provides exceptional customer service, resolving issues and promoting a positive customer experience

  • Registers deals on relegated sales register, collects cash, and circulates change as mentioned; processes voids, returns, postponements, discounts, and trades depending on the situation
  • Keeps counters and retires spotless and very much marketed, takes stock, and keeps up with records
  • Checks in and costs stock as required or as coordinated by head supervisor or conveyed by the shift chief
  • Carries out Organization resource assurance methods to distinguish and limit benefit misfortune
  • Guarantees consistence with state and neighborhood regulations in regards to controlled items (e.g., cocktails and tobacco items)
  • Develops and keeps up with shows, including special, occasional, super designs, and deal stock
