Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide inbound customer support and resolve technical issues

Your Qualifications

To succeed as a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma and/or GED
  • Minimum 6 months of customer service experience
  • The ability to connect to the internet with an ethernet cord
  • Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking and strong PC knowledge and computer navigation skills
  • Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing processes
  • A valid U.S. address for residence (must reside in the United States)
  • The ability to work rotational shifts as needed
