Job Summary

We are looking for experienced Customer Service Representatives to work remotely within our footprint states: WA, OR, MT, NM, and/or TX. This position has multiple openings for both full-time and part-time positions. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for ensuring that our patients have a positive experience while resolving their accounts in a timely manner. You will be available to assist customers by closely adhering to set schedules and handle time standards, treating customers with compassion and respect, and protecting their privacy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure that patients have a positive customer experience while resolving patient accounts in a timely manner
• Be available to assist customers by closely adhering to set schedules and handle time standards

• Resolve patient accounts and inquiries in a professional and courteous manner

Requirements

Essential Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in customer service required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associate degree or Bachelor's degree
• Experience in healthcare or a related field
• Certification in customer service or a related field
