Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Associate at blithequark, you will be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Resolving customer issues efficiently, utilizing your problem-solving skills and attention to detail to provide effective solutions.
  • Providing support to blithequark partners, including restaurants and delivery drivers, to ensure a positive experience.
  • Documenting and tracking customer interactions and issues using our CRM system, maintaining accurate records and insights.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve overall customer experience, sharing knowledge and best practices to drive excellence.
  • Identifying and escalating complex issues to the appropriate department, ensuring timely resolution and minimizing customer impact.
  • Utilizing your technical troubleshooting skills to resolve basic technical issues, escalating more complex issues to the relevant teams.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred.
  • Proven experience in customer support or a related field, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex issues and solutions clearly.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, with a focus on delivering effective and efficient solutions.
