We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our remote team at blithequark. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our passengers receive exceptional service and support throughout their travel journey. You'll engage with customers via phone, email, and chat channels to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide assistance with booking, reservations, and other travel-related matters.
Key Responsibilities:

- Assist passengers with booking flights, changing reservations, and managing travel itineraries
- Provide accurate information regarding flight schedules, fares, policies, and procedures
- Handle customer complaints and escalate complex issues to appropriate departments for resolution
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of blithequark products, services, and loyalty programs
- Adhere to company policies and procedures while delivering high-quality service to meet customer needs
- Collaborate with team members to optimize service delivery and achieve performance targets
Essential Qualifications:
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
