Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and administrative support to our agents. Your primary duties will include:

  • Licensing Completion: Successfully complete the licensing process in a timely manner, with all expenses covered by blithequark.
  • Customer Support: Provide exceptional service and administrative support to our agents, including answering customer inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating concerns as necessary.
  • Customer Engagement: Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction, handle inquiries, solicit additional sales, and address or escalate issues as necessary.
  • Sales Recommendations: Offer personalized insurance coverage recommendations to customers, based on their needs and preferences.
  • Lead Management: Actively make outbound calls from various lead sources to generate new business opportunities.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Organize appointments with potential customers to facilitate sales and service activities.
  • Sales Training: Initially shadow our agents to learn the consultative sales process, with the goal of independently managing sales activities.

  • Fluency in English and Spanish: Bilingual proficiency is a plus, but not required.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Ability to interact effectively with customers, agents, and colleagues.
  • Excellent Data Entry Skills: Accurate and efficient data entry is essential for success in this role.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Bilingual Proficiency: Proficiency in other languages is a bonus, but not required.

Compensation and Benefits

Location and Shift
