Airport Operations Station Support

As a Full Stack Data Entry Coordinator, you'll be part of our Airport Operations team, which is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our airport stations. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing administrative support to directors and managers, including data entry, report preparation, and budget management
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of operational plans, using data analytics and staffing guidelines to inform decision-making
  • Forecasting future labor needs and helping to plan staffing adjustments to meet operational requirements
  • Creating and maintaining reports and data visualizations to track key performance indicators, such as budget, office forecasts, and activities
  • Making local purchases within approved limits, managing office supplies, and processing local invoices
  • Performing HR-related tasks, including documentation, financial management, and compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Providing guidance, direction, and training to Representative - Station Activities staff as needed

What We're Looking For

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • 2-4 years of experience in a regulatory or administrative role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Ability to analyze and report on data
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work with all levels of the organization
  • Attention to detail and thoroughness
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure in high-volume, high-stress situations
  • Valid authorization to work in the US without sponsorship
  • Reliable and consistent attendance
