Salary Ranges by Location
* NorCal (Napa, Sonoma): $21.82 - $33.99
- Southern California, NorCal (Humboldt): $19.45 - $30.29
- WA Puget Sound: $18.66 - $29.06
- Oregon (Portland): $18.66 - $29.06
- Oregon (Hood River, Medford, Seaside): $17.39 - $27.09
- Eastern Washington (Richland, Spokane, Walla Walla): $16.60 - $25.86
- Montana: $15.02 - $23.40
- Texas/New Mexico: $14.23 - $22.17
Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative with blithequark, you'll contribute to the achievement of service delivery, performance standards, and financial targets by:
- Ensuring patients have a positive customer experience while resolving patient accounts timely
- Being available to assist customers by closely adhering to set schedules and handling time standards
- Treating customers with compassion and respect, as well as protecting their privacy
Requirements
* High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of two (2) years' experience in customer service required
- Note: Staff coming on board as "on-call" (non-benefited) may have the education and experience requirements waived
Preferred Qualifications
* Associate degree
- Bachelor's Degree
Work Environment and Schedule
* Remote work opportunity with flexible scheduling
- Monday - Friday, 9:30 am to 6 pm PST (schedule may change depending on training/business requirements)
