You'll work closely with your Store Manager to lead a unique store team that will help blithequark achieve its ambitious goals. Your primary responsibility will be to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and maintain a high level of store operations.

What You'll Do

As a Customer Experience Manager at blithequark, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Business Strategy: Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement business strategies that drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Client Excellence: Ensure that all team members deliver a top-notch customer experience, proactively addressing and resolving any concerns related to vehicle quality and readiness.
  • Team Development: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team, maintaining high levels of position satisfaction, providing continuous performance feedback, and ensuring adherence to blithequark's policies and procedures.
  • Brand Standards: Maintain brand standards through store maintenance, display area presentation, and cost control, while ensuring consistency with blithequark's dress code and grooming standards.

What You'll Bring

To succeed in this role, you'll need to bring the following skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree: A four-year degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Retail Experience: 2+ years of experience in a retail environment, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Leadership Skills: Outstanding leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve exceptional results.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong focus on customer service and sales.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: The ability to think creatively and solve problems in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Flexibility: The ability to work nights and weekends in a retail environment, with a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Driver's License: A valid driver's license in the state of California, with the ability to obtain a sales representative permit, if required.
