Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will play a vital role in assisting members with their pharmacy benefit plans. You will take inbound calls and answer questions regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions, ensuring our members better understand their coverage and options. You will have the opportunity to service a variety of clients and call types, as our business is constantly evolving. With the necessary training, you will upskill to assist with client and member inquiries as business needs arise, offering solutions to simplify their healthcare experience.

Key Responsibilities

* Assist members with their pharmacy benefit plans, answering questions regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions

  • Take inbound calls and provide exceptional customer service, ensuring members understand their coverage and options
  • Service a variety of clients and call types, adapting to changing business needs
  • Receive training to upskill and assist with client and member inquiries as business needs arise
  • Offer solutions to simplify members' healthcare experience, leveraging your skills and knowledge

Schedule Options

We offer flexible schedule options, designed to create a work-life balance for those balancing priorities in and outside of work. Full-time schedules range from 30-40 hours per week, with days off and hours varying based on business needs.

Compensation and Benefits

Pay Rates

Pay rates start at $17.50, with a typical pay range of $17.00 - $25.65.

Required Qualifications

* 1 year experience interacting with customers (i.e., call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, military experience)

  • Computer proficiency in Windows-based applications

Preferred Qualifications

* Associates degree or equivalent experience

  • Ability to problem solve in a positive, productive manner
  • Comfortable relating to customers in a patient, helpful way that demonstrates a genuine concern for improving the customer quality of life
  • Reliability and compliance with scheduling standards
  • Ability to exhibit patience and empathy and express assurance and confidence
  • Strong customer service skills, including courteous telephone etiquette and professionalism
  • Strong oral, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • At least 6 months of healthcare experience

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent experience preferred
