About Our Company and the Au Pair Program

Our company is dedicated to facilitating cultural exchange and providing support to families and Au Pairs through our Au Pair program. The program brings together individuals from diverse backgrounds, fostering global understanding and enriching the lives of families and Au Pairs alike. As a Remote Part-Time Success Coach, you will be an integral part of this process, providing essential guidance and support to ensure the success of our program.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide essential information and support to families throughout the matching process, ensuring a smooth transition for all parties.
  • Clarify regulations, policies, and procedures to both Host Families and Au Pairs, promoting understanding and compliance.
  • Conduct in-home family interviews and site visits to ensure understanding of program requirements and provide personalized support.
  • Facilitate in-home orientations for newly arrived Au Pairs, helping them settle into their new environment.
  • Maintain regular communication with families and Au Pairs through monthly calls and in-person meetings, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
  • Organize and host cultural events for Au Pairs, promoting cultural exchange and community engagement.
  • Collaborate with headquarters staff to enhance support for families and Au Pairs, sharing best practices and insights.
  • Build personal connections with families and Au Pairs, providing emotional support and guidance when needed.
  • Implement marketing initiatives in line with headquarters strategies, promoting the Au Pair program in your local community.
  • Manage crisis situations with professionalism, resolving conflicts efficiently and effectively.

Essential Qualifications and Skills

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Superior communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to build strong relationships with families and Au Pairs from diverse backgrounds.
  • An acute attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and compliance with program regulations.
  • High levels of energy, enthusiasm, and motivation, driving your success in this role.
  • Access to a personal computer or laptop, with a reliable internet connection.
  • A personal vehicle, enabling you to conduct in-home visits and site visits.
  • A genuine interest in international exchange and education, aligning with our company's mission and values.

In terms of qualifications, you must:

  • Reside within a one-hour drive of San Diego, CA.
  • Demonstrate self-motivation and professionalism, with strong interpersonal skills.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

Our compensation structure is tiered based on the number of active families in your service area. For example:

  • Supporting 6 families typically requires around 1.4 hours per week, yielding an estimated annual income of up to $4,500.
  • As you grow your cluster to 11 families, your weekly hours may increase to around 3.0, equating to an estimated annual income of $9,300.

As an independent contractor, you will receive monthly payments for the deliverables of the previous month. The approximate hourly rate is around $60, subject to adjustments based on client circumstances throughout the year.
