About the Role

As a Remote Sales Representative with Workwarp, you will have the opportunity to work with individuals, families, and business owners, helping them navigate their life insurance needs, including final expense and mortgage protection, as well as supplemental health, Medicare, and wealth management solutions. Our proven process enables you to work virtually from home, setting up appointments with clients who have requested assistance, and presenting them with tailored insurance options.

Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule appointments with clients who have requested insurance coverage via text or phone
  • Meet with clients virtually to present their insurance options and provide personalized guidance
  • Utilize our proven sales process and agency building system to ensure consistency and success
  • Develop a deep understanding of our insurance products and eligibility criteria
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
  • Leverage tools and resources to manage and expand client relationships
  • Foster a positive environment for clients and team members alike

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Life and/or Health Insurance Producer License, or the ability to obtain one quickly
  • Excellent people and communication skills, with a strong "likeability" factor
  • An entrepreneurial attitude, with a team-player mindset
  • Self-motivation, discipline, and goal-oriented drive
  • The ability to listen actively and be teachable
  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Reliable transportation and a U.S. residence

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications can enhance your success in this role:

  • Prior experience in the insurance industry, particularly in Life and Health insurance
  • A Property & Casualty insurance license, with a desire to transition to or add Life & Health lines
  • A Series 65 license, or a willingness to obtain one to become a full Financial Advisor
