Job Summary: RN Progressive Care Unit

We're seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Progressive Care Unit team on a remote basis. As a key member of our healthcare team, you'll play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and supporting our mission to transform the healthcare industry. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals in the Progressive Care Unit
• Assess patients' conditions, develop and implement care plans, and evaluate their effectiveness
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination
• Utilize critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address complex patient needs
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulatory requirements
• Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and industry trends

Requirements and Qualifications:

Essential Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a Progressive Care Unit or similar setting
• Current BLS certification and national and state certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of Progressive Care Unit principles and practices
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of an interdisciplinary team

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with electronic medical records (EMRs) and other healthcare technology
• Familiarity with quality improvement initiatives and patient safety principles
• Previous experience in a remote or travel nursing role
• Additional certifications, such as CCRN or CPN
