    Responsibilities Include:

    Drafting Texas, Permian, and Bakken-region title opinions

    Reviewing mineral title history, ownership chains, and relevant land documents

    Providing research-heavy analysis of complex title and regulatory matters

    (Optional) Overseeing work of associate attorneys (compensated hourly)
