Key Responsibilities

  • Real-Time Guest Support: Respond to guest inquiries promptly and efficiently, ensuring that all communications are personalized and meet our high standards of customer service.
  • Reservation Management: Confirm bookings, manage vacation rental listings, and keep track of reservations and messages across various platforms.
  • Customer Support: Provide comprehensive support to guests via phone, email, or messaging platforms, addressing any concerns or issues they may have.
  • Check-In/Check-Out Instructions: Offer detailed check-in instructions and accommodate special check-in/check-out requests, ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.
  • Coordination with Service Teams: Work closely with our housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure that properties are cleaned and maintained to our high standards.
