We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Product Support Specialist to join our remote customer support team. Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with blithequark clients to respond to how-to questions and investigate issues related to our platform, providing timely and accurate solutions.
  • Deliver a "human-first" experience, fostering strong relationships with clients through voice and written interactions across multiple channels, including chat, email, phone, and blithequark tools.
  • Become an expert in blithequark products, both at a technical and client use-case level, and leverage this knowledge to provide exceptional support and identify opportunities to add value to our clients' businesses.
  • Work closely with leadership to drive organizational efficiencies, sharing feedback and insights to enhance team performance and drive client value.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Onboarding, Account Management, and Maintenance, to increase client engagement and contribute to long-term client retention.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science, Business Administration, or Communications.
  • At least 2 years of experience providing Software as a Service (SaaS) customer support to businesses, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality support and driving client satisfaction.
  • Strong foundation in offering support for online software or SaaS products, with experience working with various helpdesk tools and technologies, such as HTML, CSS, JSON, and JavaScript.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment and collaborate with colleagues and clients across different time zones.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop creative solutions that meet clients' needs.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with various customer support platforms, such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, Service Cloud, ServiceNow, LiveAgent, Radio, Salesforce, and Twilio.
  • Background in IT or software development, with a strong understanding of technical concepts and principles.
  • Experience in constructing best practices aimed at improving support quality and efficiencies, with a focus on driving client value and satisfaction.
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience working in a team lead or mentorship role, and a proven ability to motivate and inspire colleagues to achieve exceptional results.
