About the Role: Providing Unparalleled Customer Service Support

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize your knowledge of cruise lines, destinations, and ship amenities to answer customer questions and provide personalized recommendations
  • Work collaboratively with travel agent partners to resolve customer issues and provide support as needed

  • Continuously update your knowledge of cruise lines, destinations, and ship amenities to ensure that you are always providing the most accurate and up-to-date information

Essential Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will also need to have:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • At least 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse customer groups
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software

Preferred Qualifications:
