Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during business hours (Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 11:00-5:00 EST)
  • Provide exceptional customer service, resolving order issues, and addressing customer concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Multitask and manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail
  • Utilize excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with customers, vendors, and internal teams
  • Maintain accurate records and notes regarding customer interactions, orders, and issues
  • Contact vendors and place orders as needed
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience; sales experience a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in English; ability to effectively communicate with customers and internal teams
  • Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
  • Proficiency in using computer software and technology, including CRM systems and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
  • Familiarity with order management and issue resolution

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a remote work environment
  • Knowledge of customer service software and tools

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
