Job Summary

As a Work From Home Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be an essential part of our commitment to providing exceptional customer experiences. You will engage with customers via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction. This is an entry-level position, and we welcome candidates with little to no prior experience in customer service. Key Responsibilities

  • Handle Inbound Customer Inquiries: Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate information about our products, services, and policies.
  • Provide Product and Service Information: Offer detailed information about our health insurance products and services, including medical, pharmacy, dental, behavioral health, group life, and disability plans.
  • Assist with Online Portals and Tools: Help customers navigate our online portals and tools, ensuring they can access the information and resources they need.
  • Resolve Customer Complaints: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner, escalating issues as needed to ensure resolution.
  • Maintain Professionalism and Empathy: Demonstrate a high level of professionalism and empathy in all interactions with customers, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Meet Performance Goals: Meet or exceed performance goals for productivity and quality, ensuring that customer inquiries are resolved efficiently and effectively.

Essential Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this position.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for success in this role.
  • Customer Service Orientation: A strong customer service orientation with a passion for helping others is critical for this position.
  • Multitasking and Computer Skills: The ability to multitask and navigate computer systems efficiently is necessary for this role.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior Customer Service Experience: Prior experience in customer service or a call center is preferred but not required.
