Job Summary:

blithequark is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our remote customer service team as Online Chat Representatives. As a key member of our team, you will engage with Amazon customers through live chat, providing prompt and efficient assistance with inquiries, orders, and product information. This part-time position offers flexible hours and the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home, while contributing to the growth and success of our e-commerce business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via online chat platform, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information regarding products, orders, and services, including product features, pricing, and availability
  • Assist customers with navigating the Amazon website, resolving issues, and finding solutions to their queries
  • Address and resolve customer complaints with empathy, professionalism, and a customer-centric mindset
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate channels for resolution, ensuring seamless customer experience
  • Meet and exceed performance targets for customer satisfaction and response time, driving business growth and customer loyalty
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to provide informed and accurate responses

Essential Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in typing with speed and accuracy, with a minimum of 40 words per minute
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple customer interactions simultaneously

  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred but not required; training will be provided for qualified candidates

Working Hours:

• Part-time position with flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs
