Job Summary

You will work closely with our overseas admin team to ensure timely resolution of support tickets and listings. This is a remote/online position that offers a flexible schedule, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer support through phone, email, and chat

  • Manage and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines and ensure timely resolution of support tickets
  • Collaborate with the overseas admin team to ensure seamless support and listing management
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to provide accurate and helpful information to clients
  • Work independently with minimal supervision, taking ownership of your work and responsibilities
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Contribute to the growth and success of blithequark by providing feedback and suggestions for improvement

Essential Qualifications

* Excellent organizational skills and task management ability

  • Ability to speak with customers in a kind and helpful manner
  • Native U.S. English speaker
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in using modern business tools (e.g., ZenDesk, Slack, JIRA)

* Previous customer support experience in a remote or online environment

  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Experience working with overseas teams or in a multicultural environment
