Job Summary
As a Remote Data Entry Specialist – Healthcare Claims Processing, you will play a critical role in processing incoming healthcare claim forms, digitalizing them, and capturing information with high accuracy. You will work closely with our team to ensure that all data is accurate, complete, and submitted on time. Responsibilities
* Process all incoming healthcare claim forms sent by our client, digitalizing them in a form provided by blithequark
- Input all details of the claim with high accuracy, meeting the expected keystrokes per hour or words per minute established by blithequark
- Perform image classification, indexing, and general data entry tasks
- Review and confirm all data captured is correct before submitting or completing the document
- Utilize various systems to work on different tasks, following established procedures and practices
- Work closely with a team and under close supervision to ensure high-quality results
Key Skills and Qualifications
* Data Entry: Proven experience in data entry, with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail
- 10-Key: Proficiency in 10-key typing, with the ability to maintain a high level of accuracy
- Healthcare Claims: Basic knowledge of medical claims forms and experience working with healthcare claims processing
- Computer Skills: Proficient in using computers, with experience working with Microsoft applications and internet usage
- VPN Connection: Experience working through VPN connections
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience: 1 year of experience in data entry or a related field
- Work Schedule: Second shift, 2 pm – 10 pm CST
Preferred Qualifications
* Basic knowledge of medical claims forms
- Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
