About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be the face of our company, interacting with customers via phone, email, and chat. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Handling incoming customer calls and correspondence: Assist customers with scheduling, inquiries, and any issues they may encounter.
- Providing support for service, billing, and other customer issues: Use your problem-solving skills to resolve customer concerns and provide solutions.
- Accurately recording customer information and call details: Utilize our advanced system to track information and ensure every customer has a positive experience.
- Maintaining a solid understanding of our services, marketing promos, and billing features: Stay up-to-date on our offerings and promotions to provide informed support to customers.
- Assisting with administrative tasks for Operations, Sales, and Marketing as needed: Be a team player and lend a hand when needed.
What We're Looking For
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- High School Diploma or GED; or equivalent experience and training: We're looking for individuals with a strong foundation in education and relevant experience.
- 6 months to 1 year of clerical or customer service experience: Previous experience in customer-facing roles is a plus.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint): Familiarity with Microsoft Office is essential for this role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills: You'll be the voice of blithequark, so excellent communication skills are a must.
- Problem-solving abilities and a commitment to providing excellent customer service: We're looking for individuals who can think on their feet and provide top-notch service to our customers.
