Key Responsibilities

• Provide timely and effective support to Spotify Premium users via email, chat, social media, and the dedicated Spotify Community site
• Respond to user inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner
• Utilize strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with users
• Work collaboratively with the support team to ensure seamless issue resolution and continuous improvement
• Stay up-to-date with Spotify's products and services to provide accurate and informed support
• Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

• Language Skills: Excellent Italian language skills (C1) and advanced level of English (B2)
• Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Computer Skills: Good typing and computer skills (MS Office, use of internet, e-mail, and web-based applications)
• Organizational Skills: Be organized, have decision-making and analytical skills
• Team Player: Team player with a great positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills
• Education: High school education

Preferred Qualifications:

• Customer Experience: Work experience in a customer experience center is an advantage
