Key Responsibilities

  • Provide Exceptional Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries via various communication channels, including chat, email, and phone, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of issues.
  • Resolve Customer Issues: Address customer concerns, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide guidance on order-related matters to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with internal teams to resolve customer issues, improve processes, and drive customer satisfaction.

Essential Qualifications

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and internal teams.
  • Previous Customer Service Experience: A background in customer service or a related field is highly preferred, with experience handling customer inquiries and resolving issues.
