Position Overview

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative with blithequark, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. You will assist customers with order placements, returns, and refunds, troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively, and provide information about products and services. You will also have the opportunity to upsell and cross-sell additional products, maintain detailed and accurate customer records, and collaborate with other team members to achieve company goals.

Responsibilities

* Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and courteous manner

  • Assist customers with order placements, returns, and refunds, ensuring a positive shopping experience
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively, using problem-solving skills and product knowledge
  • Provide information about products and services, including features, benefits, and promotions
  • Upsell and cross-sell additional products, increasing sales and revenue
  • Maintain detailed and accurate customer records, using CRM software and other tools
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve company goals, including sales targets and customer satisfaction metrics
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to improve product knowledge and customer service skills

Requirements

* Fluency in English (both written and verbal)

  • Previous customer service experience is preferred, but not required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively, in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly, including CRM software and other tools
  • Home office setup with a reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace
  • Availability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
