Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers via live chat, resolving their inquiries, addressing their concerns, and providing product information to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner via live chat
  • Resolving customer complaints and concerns in a fair and satisfactory manner
  • Providing product information, features, and benefits to customers
  • Processing orders, returns, and exchanges as needed
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues
  • Documenting customer interactions using our CRM software
  • Meeting and exceeding customer service metrics and goals

Requirements

To succeed as a Live Chat Specialist, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a live chat environment
  • Excellent communication, listening, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
