Job Summary

As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of blithequark, providing exceptional support to our customers through various channels, including phone, email, chat, and social media. You'll be responsible for resolving customer complaints, answering questions, and providing solutions to meet their needs. Your expertise will help us maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, drive business growth, and build strong relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service through various channels, including phone, email, chat, and social media

  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Answer customer questions and provide solutions to meet their needs
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Stay up-to-date on product and service offerings, as well as company policies and procedures
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and knowledge
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred

  • 6+ years of customer service experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
  • Ability to work in a remote environment with minimal supervision

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a retail or e-commerce environment

  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and other customer service tools
  • Experience with social media platforms and online communities
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
