Indigo is seeking an innovative Director, Software Product Management, Partnerships to lead expansion of our partner product suite in collaboration with our business development, commercial sales and partner enablement teams. This role is critical to the success of our business, and is directly responsible for driving Indigo program enrollment & participation through unique partnerships with agricultural companies that have digital farm data and deep farmer relationships, as well as ownership of partner-focused software features and functionality. You will manage the software strategy for Indigo partners and their customers; including software integrations, development of enterprise partner tools, and the partner-enrolled grower journey within Indigo applications. You will enable partner admins with tools, dashboards, and reporting that help them to support customers in a scalable way. You will deeply understand partners' needs, design solutions to help them overcome key challenges, and ensure that partner enrolled growers have a cohesive user experience, regardless of which partner brought them to Indigo. You will partner closely with platform and application product leads and influence the design and prioritization of new features, while managing cross-roadmap interdependencies. Responsibilities:

  • Define the vision and software strategy for Indigo Partnerships.
  • Manage partnership focused PMs & their squads in roadmap definition, in collaboration with key stakeholders across the organization.
  • Prioritize enterprise partner tools, features, dashboards, and automations that support Partners in managing their Indigo book of business across multiple offers on a single shared platform.
  • Establish frameworks and policies to structure business partnership team activities, and drive towards repeatable workflows and processes.
  • Collaborate with partner enablement, UX design and engineering to define efficient & scalable processes, and leverage the right technology for the problem at hand.
  • Drive agile software product management and development best practices. Energize your teams and be a champion for progress. Be a champion for partner interests and ultimately drive Indigo partner success.
  • Define a set of trackable OKRs/KPIs that allow you to measure progress and drive accountability.
  • Establish clear and concise communications channels with stakeholders within the organization (i.e. Sales, Operations, Commercial Enablement, Product Marketing, Design, and Engineering) Balance business needs and customer value; use qualitative and quantitative data to drive prioritization.

Preferred Quallifications

  • 10+ years Product Management experience operating in an agile/lean development environment
  • Experience in Partner integrations, B2B/Enterprise software, or data integrations, highly desirable
  • Agritech experience is a plus.
  • Strong business acumen and demonstrated ability to evaluate trade offs and drive consensus; even in tense situations.
  • Track record of building successful products that solve complex problems and have real-world impact.
  • Ability to develop frameworks and processes that can be used to drive consistency across multiple technical and non-technical teams.
  • Highly collaborative and empathetic to your colleagues and customers.
  • Thrives in fast paced environments.
  • Embraces a learning culture and is self-motivated for continuous improvement.
  • Process orientation with strong time-management skills and demonstrated ability to change course as needed.
  • Willing to do necessary tasks, even menial ones, with joy.
