Job Summary

As a Senior Financial Analyst, you'll play a critical role in driving the financial performance of our Upstream Distribution Centers nationwide. You'll work closely with our Regional VP and Senior Site Directors to provide financial insights and analysis that inform business decisions. Key Responsibilities

• Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions, including sales, operations, and capital investments
• Develop and maintain financial models to forecast and analyze financial performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and identify opportunities for improvement
• Support the Regional VP and Senior Site Directors in their financial decision-making
• Analyze and interpret financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement
• Develop and maintain financial reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators
• Partner with business leaders to drive financial planning and budgeting processes
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in financial analysis and planning

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field, or equivalent experience (4-6 years)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conceptualize strategic initiatives
• Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to work with all levels of executives
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
• The ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications
