Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

• Be at least 20 years old
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
• Have a valid U.S. passport or overseas passport with applicable visas and eligibility to travel globally without restrictions
• Be fluent in English and able to read and speak Italian at a local skill ability level
• Have experience in the service industry (e.g., customer service, retail, hospitality, food service, aviation, safety, social services, healthcare, or military)
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Be able to stand, walk, kneel, bend, stretch, and lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds)
• Be able to work varied schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2 or more years of college education
• Experience in a customer-facing role
• Knowledge of a second language (e.g., Hebrew, Hindi, Dutch, or German)
