Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to passengers on board, ensuring their safety, comfort, and satisfaction

Essential Qualifications

Basic Requirements

• Be at least 20 years old
• Possess a valid U.S. passport or equivalent identification with relevant visas and qualifications to travel internationally without limitations
• Have a high school diploma or equivalent; at least 2 years of college preferred
• Have experience in the service industry (e.g., customer service, retail, hospitality, food service, healthcare, or military)
• Be fluent in English and Cantonese; proficiency in other languages is an asset

Physical Requirements

• Be able to stand, walk, bend, twist, stoop, stretch, reach, and lift heavy objects (up to 250 lbs.)
• Be able to reach upward to 82 inches without shoes
• Be able to sit in a designated jump seat with seatbelt and shoulder harness secured

Skills and Competencies

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Proficient in using electronic devices (e.g., phones, tablets, computers)
