Job Summary

This part-time position requires candidates to be open to a 4PM-8PM Monday through Friday work schedule (20-24 hours per week). As a Part-Time Administrator, Route Process, you will be responsible for performing pre-settlement and cashiering duties in our distribution center. You will review and verify end-of-day driver paperwork, run daily route status reports, and ensure proof of deliveries are included in driver paperwork. You will also perform cashiering duties, including ensuring Fed-Ready status of deposit, counting full-service cash, and finalizing handheld computer reconciling items.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and verify end-of-day driver paperwork to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Run daily route status reports to verify that all delivery routes have settled
  • Ensure proof of deliveries are included in driver paperwork (DSD, store stamps, etc.)
  • Perform cashiering duties, including ensuring Fed-Ready status of deposit
  • Count full-service cash and finalize handheld computer reconciling items
  • Conduct 10% Driver Audit as required by Internal Control
  • Research Mail Checks, print backup, and code in Payment Manager
  • Maintain Missing Documents Log and driver compliance, cash reconciliation, and driver deposit log
  • Review settlement exception reports and resolve issues
  • Work with warehouse inventory personnel to resolve SAP issues

Essential Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Some college preferred
  • Experience in a cash room environment preferred
  • Ability to sit for extended periods (80%), bend, walk, and kneel

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a distribution center or logistics environment
  • Knowledge of cash handling and payment processing procedures
  • Experience with handheld computers and SAP systems
