Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful as a Pharmacy Technician at CVS Health, you'll need:

- Current licensure as a Pharmacy Technician in the state of Florida (or eligibility for licensure)
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn CVS Health's pharmacy management system
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, walk, and lift up to 30 pounds
Preferred Qualifications
We prefer candidates with:
- Previous experience as a Pharmacy Technician or in a related field
- PTCB certification or eligibility for certification
- Experience working in a retail pharmacy or healthcare setting
