About the Role

As a Remote Data Entry Associate at Blithequark, you will be responsible for processing incoming healthcare claim forms, digitalizing claims, and imputing details with high accuracy while meeting productivity standards. You will work independently in a remote setting, utilizing various systems and tools to complete assignments and verify data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Capture and validate complex data from healthcare claim forms
  • Perform image classification and indexing of documents
  • Pre-adjudicate documents and correct data as required
  • Verify data from automated data extraction tools
  • Utilize various systems to work on assigned tasks and complete assignments using multiple source documents
  • Work within established procedures and practices, with a close degree of supervision

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed as a Remote Data Entry Associate at Blithequark, you will need:

Essential Qualifications:

  • Typing speed of at least 45+ words per minute (wpm) with high accuracy
  • 10-key by touch proficiency
  • Proficient computer skills, including MS Office and internet research
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines while maintaining high accuracy rates
  • Maintain or exceed 4,000 keystrokes per hour (ksph) for numeric and 2,500 ksph for alpha/numeric data with less than 1% error rate
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Eligibility to work in the United States
  • Ability to clear any necessary criminal background checks or drug screenings

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Basic knowledge of medical claims form processing
  • Experience working through VPN connections
