Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service and support. You will be responsible for handling incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate and timely information, identifying and assessing customer needs, resolving customer complaints, and escalating issues to the appropriate team members as needed. You will also maintain and update customer databases with accurate and current information and follow up with clients to ensure their issues have been resolved to their satisfaction.

Responsibilities

* Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, responding promptly and professionally to ensure client satisfaction

  • Provide accurate and timely information to clients regarding our products and services, including features, benefits, and technical specifications
  • Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction, using your problem-solving skills to find creative solutions
  • Resolve customer complaints quickly and efficiently, escalating issues to the appropriate team members as needed
  • Maintain and update customer databases with accurate and current information, ensuring that our records are up-to-date and reflect the latest client interactions
  • Follow up with clients to ensure their issues have been resolved to their satisfaction, demonstrating a commitment to client satisfaction and loyalty

Requirements

* Proven experience in a customer service role, with a track record of delivering exceptional client experiences

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure, prioritizing tasks and managing competing demands in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively to resolve complex issues
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Familiarity with CRM software, with experience using tools such as Salesforce or similar platforms
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong educational background and a passion for learning
