Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Specialist at blithequark, you will be responsible for:

  • Customer Support: Serving as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Issue Resolution: Resolving customer issues and complaints effectively by identifying root causes and providing actionable solutions while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Product Knowledge: Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of our products and services to provide accurate information and guidance to customers.
  • Order Management: Processing orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.
  • Feedback Collection: Gathering and analyzing customer feedback to provide insights to management for improving products, services, and processes.
  • Documentation: Recording and tracking customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in our CRM system to ensure accurate and comprehensive documentation.
  • Training and Development: Educating customers on product features, usage tips, and best practices to enhance their experience and satisfaction.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborating with other departments, including sales and technical support, to address and resolve customer issues comprehensively.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Education: A High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate's Degree or higher in Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a customer service or support role.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with CRM software or customer support platforms.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address customer issues and provide timely solutions.
