Position Overview

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of blithequark, interacting with clients via phone, email, or chat. You will be responsible for resolving complex issues, answering questions, and providing personalized support to ensure our clients receive the best possible experience. Your exceptional communication skills, empathy, and problem-solving abilities will enable you to build strong relationships with our clients, understand their needs, and deliver tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, healthcare)

  • 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a healthcare or insurance setting
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
