The Role

As a Customer Care & Sales Representative, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences while driving sales growth and revenue. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Evaluating and assisting with customer concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Selling blithequark's Connected Home product and other offerings to customers on every call
  • Explaining device capabilities, wireless carrier data product offerings, and company policies to customers
  • Meeting sales and customer experience goals and objectives, with a focus on upselling and cross-selling
  • Escalating calls to the appropriate tier of customer service function when necessary
  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives

What We're Looking For

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess a unique blend of customer service, sales, and technical skills. Here are the essential qualifications and competencies we're looking for:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Ability to retain knowledge and learn product information and customer information quickly
  • Attention to detail, with a focus on providing care and attention to every customer issue
  • Friendly, professional, and respectful demeanor, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to meet the needs of each customer and adapt to changing business needs
  • Organization and multitasking skills, with the ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment
  • Problem-solving skills, with the ability to efficiently resolve issues and meet customer expectations while maintaining a standard of quality customer service
  • Dedication and reliability, with a track record of attendance and performance
  • Ability to spend 4-8 hours per day sitting and working at a computer in a call center environment
  • Computer literacy, with the ability to type 25-35 words per minute and learn call center software
  • Working knowledge of multiple hardware platforms and operating systems (Windows, Android, Blackberry OS, Apple iOS, wireless technology, wireless equipment, and applications)
  • Bilingual skills are a plus
  • Ability to achieve sales and customer experience goals and objectives

To ensure your success in this role, we require that you meet the following work-from-home requirements:

  • Work in a distraction-free workplace that meets our ergonomic standards
  • Meet minimum internet speed requirements: 10 Mbps download speed / 5 Mbps upload speed
  • Have a hard-wired internet connection (Wi-Fi or hotspots are not allowed)

Compensation

As a Customer Care & Sales Representative, you'll have the opportunity to earn up to $28+ per hour, with a guaranteed minimum pay of $18 per hour. Your compensation will be based on your performance and sales results, with opportunities to earn bonuses and incentives.
