About the Role
As a Client Care Agent, you'll be responsible for:
- Answering inbound calls and responding to questions about prescription coverage, pharmacy inclusion, and mail order solutions
- Providing members with personalized support and guidance to help them understand their benefits and options
- Offering solutions to help members navigate the healthcare system and make informed decisions about their care
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional customer service
- Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on the latest healthcare trends and regulations

Required Qualifications
* 1 year of experience working with clients (e.g. call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, military experience)
- PC proficiency in Windows-based applications
Preferred Qualifications
* Associate's degree or equivalent experience
- Ability to resolve issues in a positive and helpful way
- Comfortable interacting with clients in a patient and supportive manner
- Dependability and consistency with scheduling principles
- Ability to display persistence and empathy and express confidence and certainty
- Strong customer service skills, including phone etiquette and impressive communication skills
- Strong oral, written, and interpersonal skills
